By working on memory exercises, we’re not just holding on to our past experiences and knowledge, but we’re also enhancing our ability to learn new things and enjoy life to the fullest. So, let’s dive in and give our brains the attention they deserve!

    1. Choose 5 items from any category (e.g., animals, fruits, sports).
    2. Write them down—this is the best strategy!
    3. Organize the items (e.g., by subcategories or alphabetically).
    4. Repeat the list out loud 5 times in the same order, creating a rhythm.
    5. Visualize the items in a creative or silly way.
    6. Set a 5-minute timer and avoid peeking at your list.
    7. Recall the 5 items. If needed, ask a friend for clues. Repeat the exercise after a 5-10 minute break and see how you do!
